About the Position
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image as part of the company team.
Youll report to the Director of Sales and Operations in our Kennewick WA location focusing on these key responsibilitiesAssist in inventory management of products with month-end count ordering shipping and receiving to other plants and non-local customers.Organize deliveries.Smoothly answer and operate phone system communicating with customers in a professional manner.Greet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a professional manner.Perform data entry of delivery tickets work orders and other account information as needed.Perform various clerical functions including copying printing filing sendingreceivingdistributing documents.Accept and process payments.Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft products and the ability to learn new programs.Recent telephonereceptionist and or customer service experience.Ability to multi-task.Ability to stay calm under pressure.Ability to sit for long periods.Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.Work in moderate noise levels.Work with minimum supervision.
