Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a concierge-level guest experience, providing personalized assistance with reservations, travel details, and account management.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and with a service-first mindset.
  • Manage reservations, build client profiles, and ensure accuracy within our Livery Coach reservation system.
  • Offer expert guidance on availability, pricing, and travel logistics while maintaining a polished and professional tone.
  • Process deposits, explain company policies, and prepare service contracts.
  • Maintain seamless communication with chauffeurs, dispatchers, and clients to uphold our commitment to flawless execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, engaging, and professional demeanor.
  • Passionate about delivering luxury service, with a warm, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
  • Tech-savvy with strong typing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Maps and online search tools.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, able to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
  • High school diploma or GED required; hospitality, luxury service, or transportation industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are essential.
