Customer Experience Champion
Drive customer satisfaction by managing the complete order lifecycle - from initial entry through final invoicing
Ensure order accuracy by verifying product availability and strategically assigning lots
Facilitate smooth transactions by generating invoices, monitoring payment timelines, and processing returns
Maintain organized records through professional documentation management
Sales Enablement Partner
Empower sales success by providing:
Timely product samples and technical documentation
Competitive pricing proposals and commercial support
Quality department coordination for customer inquiries
Data-driven sales reports from our ERP system
Business Operations Connector
Strengthen cross-functional alignment by collaborating with:
