Responsibilities
- Customer Care Service Calls (Inbound & Outbound)
- Update customer records and track service requests.
- Assist with general office tasks.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Interest in trades or home services (a plus)
- HVAC (a/c & heating) and plumbing industry knowledge not required.
