Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Care Team Member to join our growing team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and creating a positive experience from the first phone call through service completion.

As one of the first people our customers speak with, you'll play an important role in supporting our service and sales teams by answering calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional service.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch

• Communicate appointment updates with customers and field technicians

• Follow up on open estimates and customer opportunities

• Review work orders, technician notes, and customer information for accuracy

• Maintain accurate records within scheduling and customer management systems

• Adapt to scheduling changes while keeping customers informed

• Support the service and sales teams with daily operational needs

• Help deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and communicates confidently with customers and coworkers.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Two or more years of customer service experience in an office, customer support, or call center environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems

• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Experience with dispatching, scheduling, ServiceTitan, outbound customer follow-up, or the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry is preferred but not required. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are also a plus.
