Company Overview

Purpose

Provide accurate, efficient customer support and operational excellence, ensuring every customer receives a WOW experience from purchase through pickup. 

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and connect them with the right team members
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with questions, payments, order updates, and general support
• Coordinate customer pick ups, assist customers during pick up, and help load merchandise into vehicles
• Receive, organize, move, and store inventory accurately 
• Assemble furniture and assist with maintaining a world-class showroom

What You Bring 

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly & positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong teamwork skills and dependable work ethic 
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and enjoy active, hands-on work 
• Flexibility to work a mixed schedule to include evenings and most Saturdays (15-25 hours/week)
