Responsibilities include

- managing high volumes of inquiries via phone, email, and fax, while understanding product policies and identifying upselling opportunities;
- assisting with process improvements, team functions, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications include - 4-6 years of customer support experience, strong communication and listening skills, proficiency in Word and spreadsheets, and an associate degree or equivalent;
- ability to work over 40 hours if necessary, maintain good attendance, and work effectively at a computer for extended periods.
