The Polaris Consulting Group of OK is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Consultant to join our growing team in Norman, OK! Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Represent the company professionally in face-to-face customer interactions
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective customer outreach strategies
• Track and report on customer interactions and sales activity
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• No prior experience required — full training provided
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow professionally
• Must be located in or able to commute to Norman, OK
