Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Customer Demand Planner. This position is ONSITE Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at our El Paso, TX Eaton Location (1 Helen of Troy Ave).

The Customer Demand Planner is accountable to provide technical, order status, and sales support on Eaton CPA products, contractors, end users, field sales organization, and internal customers to help ensure that order objectives for the company are met. This role focuses on advanced analytics and process improvement in the areas of transaction processing.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $85,000.00 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:

In this role:

  • Prepare detailed ongoing statistical analysis with respect to customer deliveries, schedule performance, workload reviews, customer complaints etc. so that trends may be identified, and corrective action taken as necessary.
  • Analyze, prioritize, respond to, improve, expedite, coordinate and schedule customer's requests and orders to effectively service customer and distributor requirements.
  • Provide metrics of order entry and daily attainment to MPS and leadership team.
  • Serve as liaison between product line and the manufacturing plant in terms of order entry.
  • Maintain capacity charts and tactical charts.
  • Drive and execute process improvement focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, department and business needs.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to control incoming demand.
  • Be a strong customer advocate within the organization while balancing business initiatives towards Profit Plan.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Basic REQUIRED Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution center.
  • No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business from an accredited institution
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Experience
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
