You will receive training and ongoing support while learning our services, systems, and customer processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with new and existing customers
• Respond to questions and provide helpful information
• Learn about customer needs and preferences
• Assist customers with researching and planning vacation options
• Provide friendly and professional customer support
• Follow up with customers throughout the planning process
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Learn company tools, systems, and supplier resources
• Stay organized and maintain timely communication
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
