About the Opportunity: Gervino Group is partnering with a fast-growing, industry-leading organization to identify a Customer Engagement Specialist in the Orange County market. What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate new business through daily in-person outreach and cold calling
Build relationships with local practices and decision-makers
Identify and qualify new opportunities, then pass them to senior sales representatives
Maintain consistent pipeline activity and meet outbound performance goals
Represent the organization with professionalism, energy, and confidence in the field
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of B2B sales experience (outbound, quota-carrying preferred)
Proven ability to prospect and generate leads in a field environment
Strong “hunter” mentality with comfort around cold outreach and rejection
Experience selling a tangible product strongly preferred
Backgrounds from companies like ADP, Paychex, Paycor, Cintas, Xerox, or similar are a plus
Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Additional Requirements
Must reside in Orange County, CA
Comfortable with a fully field-based role (daily in-person visits)
Demonstrated stability in prior roles (not job-hopping)
Socially confident with strong interpersonal skills (athletics, group involvement, etc. a plus)
