Customer Engagement Representative - Entry Level

We have an immediate need for a Customer Engagement Representative to connect with customers and community members through face-to-face conversations, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.

No previous experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and the support you need to learn the role and succeed.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career starters, and individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, events, sales, or other people-focused environments.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers and community members in a friendly and professional manner

• Represent client brands, products, services, and promotional campaigns

• Start conversations and create positive customer experiences

• Answer questions and provide clear information about products and services

• Participate in community events, promotional activities, and customer engagement campaigns

• Build positive relationships with customers and members of the local community

• Work with team members to accomplish daily and weekly goals

• Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity

• Develop skills in communication, customer service, marketing, and leadership
