What You'll Do
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll represent our organization at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. You'll interact with attendees, provide exceptional customer service, and help create meaningful experiences while supporting nonprofit partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with attendees, donors, and community members at live events and promotional campaigns.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service and answer questions about fundraising initiatives.
- Share campaign information and educate the public about nonprofit programs.
- Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and event support.
- Build positive relationships with supporters and community partners.
