Customer Enrollment Representative

We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our customer enrollment team.

This is a hands-on, field-based position where you'll work directly with community members, explain available programs and services, assist with enrollment, and provide a professional customer experience.

No previous experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with community members in assigned locations
• Explain available programs and services clearly and professionally
• Assist customers with enrollment and application processes
• Use company-provided devices to complete applications
• Answer customer questions and provide appropriate guidance
• Maintain accurate customer and activity information
• Follow company procedures and compliance requirements
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in training and team meetings

Compensation & Growth

• $17–$19/hour
• Performance-based incentives

• Typical earning opportunity of $700–$1,200+ per week, depending on schedule and performance

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid California driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within assigned service areas
• Comfortable working with the public in outdoor and community locations
• Authorized to work in the United States
