Customer Experience Advisor

Fox Motors has a Customer Experience Advisor opening in Macomb, MI at Fox Subaru Macomb. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by maintaining our highest standards for vehicle presentation and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for gathering customer information, scheduling appointments, and keeping appointments while following up with all customers who have inquired about purchasing a vehicle. This position is an hourly base with a monthly bonus opportunity as well.

Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Respond to all incoming internet inquiries and online chats.
• Provide continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customer's buying cycle.
• Set sales appointments for customers and assign to appropriate sales staff.
• Keep a daily log of appointments and communicate with management.
• Utilize dealership database for all customer contact, appointments, tracking and notes.
• Convey general information regarding current inventory or specials.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
