Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr

Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Associate interacts with customers to provide information about products and services, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:
  • Provide information about products and services via phone, email, or in person.
  • Enter orders, cancel accounts, and obtain complaint details.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Check and resolve customer problems.
  • Contact customers regarding inquiries or claim results.
  • Determine charges, collect payments, and arrange billing.
  • Complete contract forms and prepare change of address records.
  • Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments.
  • Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience Associate:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and sit for extended periods.
  • Experience in customer service or related field (6 months to 1 year is preferred).
  • Proficiency with computers and data entry.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience Associate:
  • Experience with contract documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with billing and payment processes.
  • Ability to recommend process improvements.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Associate's degree is preferred.
