    What You''ll Do

    As a Customer Experience Associate, you''ll play a vital role in supporting our customers and internal teams by ensuring orders, logistics, and communications are handled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience team and California Commercial Team.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Process customer orders and support shipping, receiving, returns, rebates, and reverse logistics.
    • Manage customer care, logistics, and returns inboxes while ensuring timely responses.
    • Coordinate with Suterra''s third-party logistics (3PL) partner to support inventory management, warehouse operations, invoice reconciliation, and product movement.
    • Support distributor relationships throughout the Eastern and Central United States.
    • Maintain accurate customer information and data within HubSpot CRM.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and logistics partners through proactive communication and collaboration.
    • Assist with process improvements and other Customer Experience initiatives as assigned.

    What We''re Looking For

    The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others, communicates professionally, and pays close attention to detail.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience in a customer service or administrative office environment.
    • Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
    • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.
