Responsibilities:
- Assists customers with information about products and services, placing orders, canceling accounts, filing complaints, etc.
- Maintains customer relationships by responding to inquiries and documenting actions
- Explain contract terms accurately in simple language so that customer can understand the explanation and how it applies to their particular question
- Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
- Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English & Spanish, required
- Call center experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Professional communication skills and passion for helping people
- Ability to work independently and manage competing demands
