Role Requirements for a Customer Experience Associate
- Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, providing clear, professional support for Lumen services, pricing, billing, and troubleshooting.

Qualities That Set You Apart as a Customer Experience Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in Communications, Business, or Marketing is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or telecom-related roles—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
- Clear and friendly communication skills, with the ability to explain Lumen’s services and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities, especially when handling multiple service inquiries and account updates in a fast-paced campaign.
