Customer Experience Coordinator

5 Star HVAC, a locally owned heating and cooling company serving the Charleston area, is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Coordinator to act as the main point of contact for our clients and a vital support resource for our technicians.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, solving problems quickly, and ensuring smooth operations every day.

What You'll Earn

  • Hourly rate of $17.25 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Monday - Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with occasional overtime during busy seasons)

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer support
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes
  • Make sure technicians have the correct parts, equipment, and information needed for each job
  • Keep customers updated on their service status and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records and service documentation
  • Collaborate with technicians, dispatch, and management to resolve issues efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A positive, solution-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or scheduling (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfortable operating multi-line phone systems
  • HVAC knowledge or Service Titan experience is a significant advantage
