As a Customer Experience Engineer, you'll play a critical role in the customer lifecycle, helping enterprise clients onboard, integrate, and derive full value from cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You'll be the technical bridge between product and customer, ensuring seamless deployment, troubleshooting challenges, and advocating for customer needs internally.
