The Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience & Inventory Specialist to join our team in Draper. This part-time role combines customer support, product education, and inventory operations. You'll help customers get the most from their PMD products while also processing returned inventory and preparing products for resale and gifting programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product education, troubleshooting, and skincare consultations.
- Conduct product trainings for customers, spas, esthetician schools, and team members.
- Create and maintain training materials and resources.
- Process and inspect returned inventory.
- Determine whether products should be restocked, re-kitted, gifted, or discarded.
- Reassemble products with correct components, packaging, and inserts.
- Maintain inventory records and support inventory audits.
- Prepare products for influencer, PR, and employee gifting programs.
- Help improve processes and ensure products meet PMD quality standards.
Qualifications
- Esthetician license preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
- Comfortable learning new technology and demonstrating products.
- Experience in customer service, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
