Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Customer Experience Lead to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Customer Experience Lead position are as follows:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of recent, relevant experience
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite, CRM, and ERP
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Benefits you will receive as the Customer Experience Lead:
 
  • $21-$26/hour, depending on experience
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity
  • Full-time, hybrid schedule with some flexibility
For the Customer Experience Lead position your duties will include:
 
  • Build strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Offer solutions that meet customers’ needs
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide updates to customers
  • Maintain data and prepare reports
  • Work cross-functionally to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Other tasks as assigned
