Job Summary
Were looking for a customer-obsessed Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on, build-it role. Youll own the day-to-day configuration, QA, and launch of campaigns in Braze, and serve as the operational backbone for lifecycle programs across the full customer journey.
Youll work directly with the CX Lifecycle Marketing Manager and cross-functional partners in product, creative, and data engineering to bring lifecycle strategy into real customer experiences. If you love the craft of building in Braze, care about the details that make campaigns work, and want to grow with a team thats actively investing in lifecycle infrastructure and best practices, this is your role.
