What You’ll Do as a Customer Experience & Operations Manager:

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Lead customer service initiatives through direct interaction and outreach programs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet and exceed expectations
  • Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of service satisfaction

Team Leadership & Driver Engagement

  • Partner with support staff and independent contractor drivers to enhance recruiting and retention efforts
  • Foster clear, consistent communication across teams and with customers
  • Support a collaborative and positive workplace culture

Operations & Fleet Management

  • Oversee vehicle maintenance planning to ensure fleet availability and efficiency
  • Implement safety programs and onboarding processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Monitor operational performance and service delivery

Performance & Business Oversight

  • Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics
  • Partner with the General Manager to track performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans
  • Ensure location goals for financial performance, safety, and service are consistently met
  • Support contract renewals with insights and operational data
  • Enforce company policies and participate in employee relations initiatives
