Job Description:
The HCP CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager will support 1:1 Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing programs within a Digital Lab environment. The role focuses on execution, optimization, and operational management of CRM-driven campaigns across multiple therapeutic brands.
Responsibilities include managing end-to-end HCP CRM campaigns, developing project plans and timelines, tracking campaign execution, and ensuring delivery across CRM/email marketing programs. The role involves partnering with internal teams and agencies to capture campaign requirements, manage approvals, document metadata, and validate data elements required for campaign execution.
Additional responsibilities include managing campaign workflows, tracking change requests, supporting campaign audits, monitoring campaign performance metrics, and identifying optimization opportunities. The role also supports campaign data validation, SLA tracking, and execution of CRM programs aligned with business and compliance requirements.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with CRM email marketing and 1:1 HCP marketing campaigns
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar CRM platforms
Experience with Veeva Promomats or medical/regulatory approval systems
Experience managing HCP CRM campaign operations in pharma/biopharma
Experience with campaign data analysis, performance tracking, and optimization
Experience with Smartsheet or Asana for campaign/project workflow management
Experience managing CRM campaign workflows, approvals, and metadata
Preferred Skills:
Experience in pharma/biopharma commercial or omnichannel marketing environments
Experience working with agency partners on CRM/email campaign execution
Experience supporting campaign audits, SLAs, and compliance-driven marketing operations
Experience with data-driven campaign optimization and reporting frameworks
