Pay Rate: $26.00–$31.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — Monday & Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday onsite

Overview

The Customer Experience Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support with order processing, shipping concerns, product questions, returns, repairs, and general inquiries.

This position works closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to resolve customer issues, maintain accurate order information, and provide a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and CRM systems.

• Process customer orders accurately and maintain complete customer and order documentation.

• Resolve order issues, shipping delays, product questions, and general customer inquiries.

• Manage product returns and repair requests from initiation through completion.

• Provide customers with timely updates regarding orders, returns, repairs, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Identify recurring customer issues and support process improvements.

• Maintain accurate records within CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 2+ years of customer service, order management, sales support, or related experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, including intermediate Excel skills.

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
