We don't simply answer phones—we manage every detail of our customers' orders from start to finish, ensuring builders, dealers, and homeowners receive an exceptional experience every step of the way. What You'll Do • Manage customer orders from entry through delivery. • Review orders for accuracy and identify potential issues before they become problems. • Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide solutions—not excuses—when challenges arise. • Learn the details of our window and door products, components, configurations, and options. • Build lasting relationships with customers by providing outstanding service every day. Qualifications Required • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. • Demonstrated reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn multiple software systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally using positive, solution-oriented language. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and meet customer expectations in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Strong team player who collaborates effectively while taking ownership of individual responsibilities. Preferred • Previous experience providing customer service in a high-volume phone environment or call center. • Knowledge of the fenestration (window and door) industry or experience with building products is a plus.
