Tronair is seeking a motivated and service-minded Customer Experience Representative to join our energetic and collaborative Sales Team. In this role, you'll be a critical voice for our customers, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to responsiveness, accuracy, and exceptional service. The right candidate will bring a passion for problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a desire to deliver strong customer experience.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, solution-oriented support in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Process customer quotes, orders, and modifications in line with established procedures
Proactively address customer inquiries and work to resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
Manage a high volume of incoming emails and calls, ensuring clear, prompt, and courteous communication
Recognize opportunities to promote additional products or services that add value to our customers
Stay informed on product updates and service offerings
Clearly communicate product and service features to help customers make informed decisions
Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers succeed
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset, consistently following through on responsibilities with reliability and punctuality.
Previous experience in customer service or sales (a plus, but not required)
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and digital tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools (email, CRM platforms, etc.)
Physical Requirements
Routinely sit, sometimes for extended periods, and work on a computer
The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds infrequently.
Occasionally walk to the manufacturing area where the noise level is louder.
