What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the first impression of Beyond Wow Plumbing and one of the most important members of our team.

You'll:

  • Create exceptional experiences for every customer interaction
  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
  • Help homeowners understand service options and next steps
  • Resolve concerns and turn problems into positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
  • Coordinate closely with technicians and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent the Beyond Wow brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care
  • Support our mission, vision, and core values in every interaction

Compensation & Benefits

$19–$24 per hour

Based on experience

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • ServiceTitan experience is a major plus but is not a requirement 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging customer situations

Schedule & Location

  • Preferred schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • This is an in-office position
  • Must be able to commute to our Taylor, Texas office daily
