Customer Experience Specialist

Description of the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our team at Royal South Toyota Mazda Volvo. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and expert knowledge on our wide range of products.  We need individuals who are charismatic and love speaking with all types of people. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs
• Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and pricing
• Demonstrate product functionalities and benefits to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with sales team to meet sales targets and objectives

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
