Customer Experience Specialist

What You'll Do:

This role focuses on handling maintenance membership cancellations, de-escalating customer concerns, and collaborating with trade managers to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and follow-ups
• Schedule appointments and manage time effectively
• Communicate clearly and document customer accounts
• Educate customers throughout their service journey
• Work collaboratively with team members and trade managers

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience
• Team lead experience preferred
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC terminology
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation: $18–$23/hour, based on experience
