As a Customer Experience Specialist with Ken Garff Automotive right here in Greeley, you'll guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they'll make. Rather than using high-pressure sales tactics, you'll focus on listening, understanding each customer's needs, and helping them find the right vehicle and solutions for their lifestyle. You don't need automotive sales experience-we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to build a successful career. Responsibilities in this role would include welcoming customers and creating a friendly, professional first impression, learning about each customer's needs and preferences, demonstrating vehicle features and answering questions, and following up to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

This position has a 90-day PAID training program up to $12k and compensation can competitively range from $35k - 125k per year. High earning potential!

Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.; high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid in-state drivers license with a good driving record per company standards.
