You'll start in a Customer Service Representative role where you'll learn our business from the ground up, work directly with customers, and develop valuable insurance and communication skills.

Salary Range: $37000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Help customers with questions and policy needs
• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
• Make outbound calls
• Update customer information and maintain accurate account records
• Assist with renewals, documents, policy changes, and account follow-up
• Identify additional insurance needs and opportunities
• Learn insurance products, systems, and agency processes
• Work toward becoming a licensed insurance professional
