Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing friendly and efficient assistance.
Address customer questions regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims with clarity and accuracy.
Assist customers in navigating their Allstate policies and understanding their benefits.
Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and promptly.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members while maintaining ownership of the customer interaction.
Gather feedback to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
