BPG International is Now Hiring: Customer Fulfillment Specialist (Full-Time, Hybrid, Wilmington, DE)

BPG International is a global innovation company that has created and mass commercialized over 700 new products. We are passionate about impacting people’s lives in a positive way through inspirational and innovative sensory experiences. Additionally, at BPG, the consumer is our focus. We embrace the belief in Positive Living, which to us is a choice, a state of mind. Optimism, energy, passion, and happiness are not just words to us, but values that are integrated into everything we do for our team and every product we touch for our customers.

What You'll Do
As our Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll coordinate the full lifecycle of incoming customer sales orders — from order entry through fulfillment — while serving as the go-to contact for customer inquiries. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Purchasing, and our warehouse teams to make sure every order ships completely, accurately, and on time.
  • Own the sales order process end-to-end, ensuring accurate, timely setup and communication back to customers.
  • Review pricing and quotations against incoming orders to guarantee accuracy on every transaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering professional, responsive service.
  • Manage EDI order processing with 3rd-party partners, verifying prices, lead times, and quantities.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and shipment communication between BPG warehouses and customer distribution points.
  • Get quotes, book international shipments, and manage logistics documentation and carrier communication.
  • Validate invoices against sales orders and shipping documentation, resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Bring forward process improvement ideas that raise the bar for BPG’s customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of proven, results-oriented work experience, including 3+ years in customer service or sales order processing.
  • Experience with purchasing, production planning, distribution, or inventory management is a plus.
  • Experience with consumer products and U.S. (or international) retail distribution is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MRP/ERP platforms and the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); EDI systems experience required.
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
We believe in supporting our employees both professionally and personally. In addition to a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, we offer a positive work environment that values collaboration, development, and balance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision with generous employer subsidy. Disability and life insurance benefits are provided at no cost to the employee.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
  • Accrued paid time off and paid holidays
  • Summer Fridays – office hours end at 2:00 PM to help you enjoy more personal time
  • Hybrid work schedule – up to 3 days remote per week
  • Lunch & Learn sessions for continuous learning and cross-functional insight
  • Community involvement through company-sponsored volunteer events and service days
  • Collaborative and friendly work environment with team-building events throughout the year, including quarterly birthday lunches.

We embrace our guiding principles, “The BPG Way”, and strive to live each day to the fullest by Focusing on: Having Fun, Thinking Differently, Bringing Ideas to Life, Growing, Owning "it", and Making it Better.
