Position Overview

Worthmann Roofing is looking for a Customer Intake Specialist to join our team in the High Springs, FL area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in our services. You'll handle inbound calls, respond to online inquiries, and help schedule inspections and estimates for our sales team.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to create a positive experience for every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Respond to online inquiries and customer requests
  • Schedule home inspections and estimates for roofing, windows, gutters, windows, siding, and restoration services
  • Follow approved scripts and processes when speaking with customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude
  • Pull reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Support the sales team and complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Comfortable using office software, phone systems, and computer programs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Some sales experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
