Position Overview
The Customer Inventory Specialist/Paint Tinter I/Warehouse Associate role focuses on accurate paint mixing and inventory management, including setting up and maintaining inventory systems at customer locations, restocking materials, and ensuring proper organization. Primary Responsibilities
Qualifications
Candidates should have intermediate skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Order Shark, along with strong communication, administrative, and problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree and 5 years of paint mixing or customer service experience are preferred. The role involves working on and off site up to 2 days a week, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing tasks that include standing, walking, driving, and working in environments with exposure to paint fumes. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work in both office and industrial settings are essential.
