HumCap’s client is seeking a Customer Lead Coordinator to manage high-volume, inbound customer inquiries. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers who are already requesting help with home services. You’ll qualify inquiries, route leads correctly, and ensure customers are quickly connected with the appropriate sales advisor.

What You’ll Do
Customers reach out when they’re moving and need help setting up essential home services. Sales advisors handle the closing—you make sure the right conversations happen quickly and smoothly.
In this high-activity coordination role, you will:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers requesting assistance
  • Respond promptly to new lead notifications in the CRM
  • Schedule calls between customers and the appropriate sales advisors
  • Accurately route and assign leads so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Follow up to confirm scheduled conversations occur
  • Communicate with sales advisors and processing teams as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized documentation in the CRM
