    Description:

    Store, count, and verify materials located in the stock room, while providing information on revolving inventory levels as needed. Promptly fills material requisitions and picks accurately and issue materials to specific jobs to assist with customer billing. Report material discrepancies and shortages in a timely manner to facilitate corrections within the system and ensure accountabilities for all materials. Issue and control tools and tooling for complete accountability of all tooling assets.

    What you will be responsible for:

    • Regulate issuance of materials to maintain a constant inventory.
    • Assist with cycle counts, stock item returns, shelf-life program management and departmental housekeeping to ensure a safe work area.
    • Ensure materials are properly stored and secure in a manner consistent with established HAECO procedures.
    • Check received goods to ensure correct identification and quantities.
    • Distribute tools through proper procedures to Maintenance personnel.
    • Review daily floor stock locations to determine replenishment requirements.
    • Be thoroughly knowledgeable of current computer systems and make accurate data entries in accordance with established procedures.
    • Have a thorough knowledge of common warehouse practices and warehouse tool operations, i.e., pallet jacks, forklifts as applicable, etc.
    • Have an understanding and ability to transport materials to proper locations while maintaining safe vehicle operating practices.
    • All other duties as assigned

    What you will need to be successful in this role:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have working knowledge of receipt, verification, and stocking parts.
    • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
    • One (1) year of aviation stores experience.
    • Knowledge of Aviation tooling.
    • Valid driver's license and meet company requirements for insurance coverage for driving a company vehicle.
