Experience:
1 year of internship or business office experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning. Experience with international trade compliance a plus.

Major Function:
Perform customer service functions and ERP data entry.
Major Responsibilities:
Customer service:
ERP Entry: customers, contacts and addresses
ERP Entry: customer orders
Send order acknowledgements, confirmations, delivery notes and invoices to customers
Create quotations and orders in IFS
Assist customers with order status and expediting
Monitor shared inbox and phone line
Data Entry:
Entering inventory part, purchase part, sales part, and supplier for purchase part records
Occasional travel to production sites
Other duties as assigned.
