A day in this role
Picture your morning: you open your dashboard, confirm overnight orders, and enter new ones with precision. A quote request pings in—handled. You jump on a quick call with production to confirm lead times, then update the CRM so sales stays in the loop. Midday, you run an inventory report, flag low stock, and coordinate with purchasing. An accounting deposit is logged, and you follow up on a friendly collections reminder. Before the day wraps, you support a sales and marketing project and clear the inbox so customers have timely answers.
