Core responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Accurately process orders, updates, and order changes
  • Coordinate timelines with production, shipping, and warehouse teams
  • Monitor order progress and share shipment status proactively
  • Maintain complete records: purchase orders, customer files, documentation
  • Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Support inventory and order management workflows
  • Perform data entry, create basic reports, and assist with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure satisfaction
  • Demonstrate consistent professionalism and high-quality service

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, administration, or order processing (preferred)
  • Manufacturing or logistics exposure (plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Organized, able to multitask, and comfortable with deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
