Customer Outreach Representative

We are looking for friendly, motivated, and people-oriented individuals to join our Customer Outreach team.

This is an entry-level, field-based opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating with customers, and staying active throughout the workday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Connect with customers in local communities
• Explain available programs and services
• Answer customer questions
• Provide professional customer support
• Assist customers with enrollment
• Participate in community outreach and promotional activities
• Represent ARK MGT professionally
• Work toward individual and team goals

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, delivery, warehouse, logistics, or other public-facing jobs is welcome.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally
• Minimum 3 days per week availability
• No college degree required
• Entry-level candidate's welcome

COMPENSATION

$18.00–$20.00 per hour + performance incentives + bonuses.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
