Crescendo Consultings, Inc. is growing our sales and marketing division and looking for a Customer Outreach Specialist to support our wireless access initiative in San Diego. This Customer Outreach Specialist role blends outreach, community education, and value‑driven sales to help San Diego residents access essential wireless tools.


As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you will specialize in community-based outreach and direct sales engagement in San Diego. The Customer Outreach Specialist will then conduct sales outreach, identify eligible customers, and assist residents in accessing wireless connectivity programs supported by a national provider. This Customer Outreach Specialist role focuses on sales conversations, outreach efforts, and delivering a respectful, people-first experience.


Role Responsibilities for a Customer Outreach Specialist

  • Resolve connectivity gaps in the San Diego market through high-impact community outreach and professional enrollment management.
  • Initiate rapport-building dialogue with customers to generate sales for no-cost 5G tablets and unlimited talk/text plans.
  • Master the sales cycle, ensuring every outreach encounter is helpful, professional, and leads to a verified activation.
  • Weave helpful outreach with high-energy sales by showing customers how to use their new hardware for essential daily tasks.
  • Navigate the local sales territory with professional agility, bringing vital wireless outreach to households that have been left behind.

Qualities of a Customer Outreach Specialist

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Experience in sales or customer outreach is a bonus, but not required.
