Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Customer Portal Administrator to join their team. As a Customer Portal Administrator, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Portal Administrator
Location: Bridgewater (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $28/hr-$29/hr
Shift: 1st shift Hybrid
What's the Job?
- Manage customer onboarding activities for approximately 6,000 portal users across the US and Canada.
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Support teams to identify customer contacts requiring portal access.
- Ensure accurate configuration of portal access levels (Admin, Standard, Light User).
- Maintain and validate customer contact records within Salesforce, creating new contacts as needed.
- Support ongoing portal enhancements, system improvements, and user acceptance testing.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration, CRM management, or customer onboarding experience.
- Strong understanding of customer account structures and relationship management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
