Description
- Manage a large, growing customer account, ensuring top-notch customer quality
- Handle corrective actions and root cause analysis
- Work with supplier base to ensure that the inbound material quality meets specification for production
- SPC reports using Microsoft excel
- Inspections, utilizing visual systems
- Assist in PPAP documentation
Profile
- Engineering degree preferred
- 7-10 years of quality engineering experience with a focus on customer quality
- Experience working directly with customers and suppliers from quality perspective
- Strong ability to drive corrective actions
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel - Charts, Conditional Formatting, data entry and spreadsheet building
- Exceptional communication
- Knowledge of supplier scorecards
