Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns, complaints, and all customer quality-related topics.
Ensure timely communication and response to customer claims through customer portals, meetings, and daily coordination.
Lead root cause analysis activities using methodologies such as Ishikawa and 5 Why.
Together with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT), define and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of issues and monitor their effectiveness.
Track and report customer quality KPIs, including claims, PPM, COPQ, sorting activities, and escalation status.
Support customer audits and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, especially IATF 16949 requirements.
Cooperate closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as:
8D Reports
Quality Alerts
Customer Reports
Control Plans
Maintain accurate claim records and ensure alignment between internal systems and customer B2B portals.
Support customer visits, resident engineer activities, and sorting activities when required.
Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on customer satisfaction and process stability.
Conduct regular customer visits, build and maintain strong communication and relationships with customers.
