Job SummaryThe Customer Relations Assistant will provide administrative support in the Customer Relations department. Hours and WagesMonday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM$18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experienceDuties and ResponsibilitiesRespond to sales department inquiries, emails, and phone callsSupport existing and new customers regarding services, quotes, etc.Assist with distributing mass mailings and sending out information packets to potential customersConduct outbound prospecting and follow-up calls with prospective and existing customers to generate new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support sales growth.
