By leading at the front line of our cooperative, you’ll offer customized solutions, identify sales opportunities, and provide service for our members. That means working with creative negotiation and sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.

What is on the line? Under general supervision, a Customer Relations Associate in our Call Center accepts, solicits, and processes new sales of all lines of business, including but not limited to, telephone, cable television, broadband, wireless, and all ancillary products and services associated with the business lines.

While this position is part of HTC's Call Center queue, position could be filled at the Georgetown Branch office or the Conway Main office.
